Terms & Conditions

Please note: Because our visits are personal to your family, this will incur a waiting time, if you are not prepared to wait this may not be the experience for you.  Please note you will not receive a refund due to any delays. By purchasing tickets you are confirming you are aware fo the waiting time.


You must purchase all tickets at the same time of booking (children and adults).

Pushchairs will be allowed on all time-slots, Driftwood Land are not responsible for the safe keeping of pushchairs.

To ensure everyone is safe, dogs are not allowed at this event.


Privacy and Consumer Information

We follow our Privacy Policy when handling and protecting your personal data.

We are committed to protecting your personal data that you provide or that we collect through our website.


Fees and Refunds.

No cancellations/you may be able to transfer your ticket. 

If you wish to transfer tickets to a different day/time, please contact Driftwood Land to arrange for a ticket transfer. We will try our best to accommodate this but this is not guaranteed if this is a sold-out entry time. Please note: Any ticket transfers after December 1st, 2024 will not be moved.

 
Cancellation

No cancellations however we will be able to move your booking to next available date.

If there is a cancellation due to sickness (covid) this must be confirmed by email, by the person who made the booking.  In the event that we need to cancel your booking we shall inform you as soon as possible and refund all money paid to us, by you, within 14 days.

Liability
Driftwood Lodges accept no liability for:
i. theft, loss or damage, of whatever nature, during or as a result of your visit at Driftwood Land.


Vehicles are parked at their owners’ and drivers’ risk and Driftwood Land cannot accept responsibility for any damage or theft occurring to vehicles. If a vehicle is left in the car park without the consent of Driftwood Land, we reserve the right to remove the vehicle at the owner’s expense.
 
Complaints Procedure
We take great care to ensure our visitors have an enjoyable experience at Driftwood Land however if you have a complaint during your visit please contact the site manager as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve any issues. If a genuine complaint is not settled to your satisfaction, then you can write to Driftwood Land at the following address:

Please note, complaints made after your visit are not always easy to be investigated and therefore are most difficult to resolve. Bringing any issues to our attention during your visit allows us to get any issues or problems resolved as quickly as possible and lessen any adverse impact on your experience.
